Privacy & Data Handling
How we handle your meeting content
Is my meeting content saved?
No. By default, we do not save your meeting content. It is only used for the current generation and is not stored on our servers. You can clear your session anytime using the "Clear" button.
Read full Privacy & TermsIs my content used to train AI models?
No. Your content is never used to train any models. We process your text to generate results, but we do not retain or use it for model training purposes.

No. We do not manually review your meeting content. The generation process is fully automated. We may review anonymized usage statistics, but never the actual content of your meetings.
Read full Privacy & TermsHow can I clear or delete my content?
Click the "Clear" button on the tool page to remove your input and output from the current session. Since we don't save your meeting content by default, there's nothing else to delete. For Pro users with history enabled, you can delete your saved sessions at any time from your account.
Read full Privacy & TermsIs meeting content logged in analytics or error reports?
No. Meeting content is never logged in our analytics or error reports. We only collect anonymized usage metrics such as page views and generation counts—never the actual text of your meetings.

When you click "Generate", your meeting text is sent to our server, then forwarded to an AI model provider (such as Anthropic) for processing. The results are returned to you, and the content is not stored after the request completes. The AI provider is contractually bound not to use your content for training or other purposes.

How to get the best results
What if action items are missing owner or deadline?
If your meeting notes don't specify an owner or deadline for a task, our tool marks those fields as "TBD" (To Be Determined). We never fabricate information—missing details are clearly indicated so you know what to follow up on.
How do I share results with my team or clients?
Use the "Copy" button next to each output section (Summary, Action Items, Mind Map Outline) to copy the content to your clipboard. You can then paste it into email, Slack, Notion, or any other tool your team uses. The output is formatted as plain text and Markdown for easy sharing.
Does it support mixed Chinese and English notes?
Yes. We support mixed Chinese and English input. The tool will generate output in the primary language of your input, and can handle multilingual meeting notes effectively.
What if the results aren't accurate?
The quality of output depends on the clarity of your input. For best results: include context about decisions made, mention names when assigning tasks, and note any deadlines discussed. Avoid abbreviations that might be ambiguous, and separate different topics clearly. You can always edit the output after copying.
Are there usage limits?
Free users have daily limits on the number of generations and text length per request. Pro users get more generations and extended text support. Check our Pricing page for details.

When and how to use this tool
What types of meetings work best?
Our tool works well with any meeting that has discussion points and decisions: standups, weekly syncs, project reviews, requirement sessions, design reviews, client meetings, sales calls, training sessions, and retrospectives. The more structured your notes, the better the output.
What content should I avoid pasting?
We recommend removing or replacing sensitive information before pasting: specific customer names, pricing details, salary figures, personal contact information, and confidential business data. Use placeholders like "[Client A]" or "[Amount]" instead. While we don't save your content, minimizing sensitive data in any online tool is a good practice.
