How we handle your data and what you can expect from our service.

1. Overview

Our Privacy Promise

We built this tool with privacy as a core principle. Here's what that means for you:

  • We don't save your meeting content by default—it's only used for this generation.
  • Your content is never used to train any models.
  • Meeting content is never logged in our analytics or error reports.
  • You can clear your session anytime.

These promises are not marketing language—they describe exactly how our system works. The details below explain each point in full.

2. Your Meeting Content

How We Process Your Text

  2. 2Your text is sent to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  3. 3We forward it to an AI model provider to generate results.
  4. 4The results are returned to your browser.
  5. 5Your meeting content is not stored after the request completes.

Is my content saved?

No. By default, we do not save your meeting content. It exists only during the generation process and is discarded after results are returned.

How long is it kept?

Only during processing. The typical request completes in seconds. Once done, your content is not retained on our servers.

How do I delete my content?

Since we don't store your meeting content, there's nothing to delete from our servers. To clear your current session (the text visible in your browser):

  • Click the "Clear" button on the tool page—this removes your input and output from the browser.
  • Close the browser tab—the content is only in your browser's memory.

Pro Users: Optional History Feature

Pro subscribers can choose to enable session history. If you enable this feature, your generated outputs (summary, action items, mind map outline) are saved for your convenience. The original meeting notes you pasted are not saved—only the generated results.

You can delete any saved session at any time from your account. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

3. Training & Human Review

Is my content used for training?

No. Your content is never used to train any AI models—not ours, and not our AI provider's. This is a contractual commitment with our providers.

Is my content reviewed by humans?

No. We do not manually review your meeting content. The entire generation process is automated.

Are there any exceptions?

One specific exception: If you voluntarily contact us to report a problem and choose to include example content in your message, we may review what you send. We will only use it to help resolve your issue and will delete it afterward.

We will never ask you to send meeting content. If you choose to include examples for troubleshooting, that is your decision.

4. Analytics & Logs

Meeting content is never logged

Your meeting text never appears in our analytics, error reports, or server logs. We have specifically designed our systems to exclude content data from all logging.

What we do collect (anonymous statistics)

We collect minimal, anonymous metrics to understand how the service is used:

  • Page views: Which pages are visited.
  • Generation counts: How many times the generate button is clicked (not what was generated).
  • Copy/Clear actions: Whether users copy results or clear their session.
  • Error counts: When errors occur, we log error types—never the content that caused them.

These metrics help us understand if the service is working and where we can improve. None of this data includes your meeting content or can identify you personally.

5. Third-Party Services

AI Model Provider

To generate summaries and action items, we send your meeting text to an AI model provider. Currently, we use Anthropic (maker of Claude).

What this means for your data:

  • Your text is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.
  • Anthropic does not store your content after processing.
  • Anthropic does not use your content for model training (per our agreement).
  • The connection is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

We have a data processing agreement with Anthropic that prohibits them from using your content for any purpose other than fulfilling your request.

Other Services

We use the following services, none of which receive your meeting content:

  • Hosting (Vercel): Serves the website and processes requests.
  • Analytics: Collects anonymous usage statistics (see Section 4).
  • Payment processing (for Pro): Handles payments. Never sees your meeting content.

6. Your Rights

What you can do

  • Clear your session: Use the "Clear" button on the tool page to remove input and output from your browser.
  • Delete saved history (Pro users): If you enabled session history, you can delete any saved session from your account at any time.
  • Request data deletion: Contact us to request deletion of any data associated with your account.
  • Ask questions: Contact us if you have any questions about how we handle your data.

7. Terms of Service

What you agree to when using this service

  • Lawful use only: You will use this service only for legal purposes.
  • No abuse: You will not attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • No automated abuse: You will not use bots or scripts to abuse the service.
  • No redistribution: You will not resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Content you should avoid inputting

While we don't save your content, we recommend following good security practices:

  • Consider replacing specific customer names with placeholders like "[Client A]"
  • Avoid including exact prices, salary figures, or financial details
  • Remove personal contact information (phone numbers, personal emails)
  • Use placeholders for confidential project codenames or internal secrets

This is a recommendation, not a requirement. We don't monitor or filter what you input.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is." Generated outputs are suggestions based on AI processing. You are responsible for reviewing all action items and summaries before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on generated content.

Payments and refunds (Pro users)

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us if you have concerns.
